About Myself

I am a systems administrator and programmer from the Birmingham, AL area. Currently self-employed, I am searching for a stable position doing systems administration for GNU/Linux and/or Windows servers, or computer programming (either system-level using C, C++, C#, or Java, or Web programming using PHP). I currently repair personal computers, help maintain a shared Web server, code small, independent projects, and submit patches and fixes for open-source projects such as Mozilla Firefox and Pan newsreader.

I currently use Ubuntu GNU/Linux as my primary operating system. I dual-boot Windows 7 on my main desktop, and use Debian GNU/Linux on a testing server.

If you are in the southern Birmingham, AL area and are willing to hire me, have any software issues with your personal computer, or for any contract work, feel free to contact me (see contact info on this site).
